Special Promotion for DBS Customers - Subscription and usage fees for the first SIX MONTH’S ARE WAIVED OFF for the successful subscriptions before the end of Dec 31, 2025. Additional waiver for up to next six months, shall be available subject to invoicing usage. T&Cs Apply. Usual charges shall apply after the waiver period.
Additional waiver subject to usage - a) If DBS customers issue a minimum of 100 valid invoices with CollectSmart generated PayNow QR Code, that result in collection, during the initial three months, they are eligible for additional THREE months of subscription and usage fees waiver OR, b) If DBS customers issue a minimum of 500 valid invoices with CollectSmart generated PayNow QR Code, that result in collections, during the initial six months, they are eligible for additional SIX months of subscription and usage fees waiver. Total waiver period including the first six months shall not exceed a period of twelve months.
Cancelation Fees - SGD100.00 (During the Minimum Term)
Subsequent Minimum Term - Monthly (Auto-renewal)
Minimum Quantum Period- 1 Month
Billing Frequency - Monthly
Payment Due - 21 days from the Invoice Date
Late Payment Fees - SGD 50.00
Finance Charges - 24% per annum on Outstanding Amount
Unpaid for more than 60 days - Subscription Package Suspension
Fees during Suspension Period - Full Regular Fees
Suspension Reinstatement Fees - SGD 100.00
